An image of the Line Shah Baba tomb at the Prayagraj Junction is being falsely shared as a mosque built at the Old Delhi railway station.
A video of an ablaze truck on a flyover has surfaced on social media claiming that incident happened on the Gachibowli flyover, Hyderabad.
A Facebook user shared this 25 seconds long video with the caption, "Oil tanker on fire Gachibowli flyover Hyderabad."
Several other Facebook and YouTube users are also sharing the video with the same claim.
In our investigation, we found this claim to be false. This incident seen in the viral video did not take place in Hyderabad on the Warje bridge, Pune at least a month ago.
With the help of reverse image search, we found a longer version of the same video uploaded on YouTube on December 6 with the tile, "Burning Truck - Warje Bridge, Pune."
On further investigating, we found a Hindi news report in Dainik Bhaskar that carried the same viral video stating the incident happened on the Warje bridge of Bengaluru-Pune highway.
FactHunt also found a tweet by Cyberabad Traffic Police clarifying that no such incident took place in Hyderabad. "This viral video is not of Gachibowli flyover. It is FALSE news. It had happened on the Warje bridge, Pune a few days back. No such incidents have occurred in Hyderabad. Warning: Persons spreading rumours/misinformation leading to public fear will be dealt as per law," reads the tweet.
In conclusion, the video showing an ablaze truck on a flyover is from Pune, not from Hyderabad.
