We extracted the key frames of the video and did a simple reverse image search. The search results lead us to a video on Youtube which was uploaded on 2nd April 2017.
From further probing we come to know that this incident took place in Bangladesh. The actual incident had taken place on April 1st, 2017 where Abu Syed was killed by assailants. This was because he was accused in the murder of Jubo League leader Monir Hossain Sarkar. This incident was covered by regional newspapers.
This is an old video from Bangladesh and the incident has no co-relation with India.
The video is misleading but there have been few cases when Hindus were lynched by people from the minority community. Recently, in UP’s Moradabad district, Gangaram Singh Chauhan was lynched inside his own house by his Muslim neighbors when he wrote a police complaint about his minor daughter who went missing. You can read a detailed report about this incident on Swaraj Magazine's website.
