The video showing a large number of people waiting for a train at a railway station has been shared on social media with the claim that these are migrants from UP and Bihar who are waiting to leave after the unrest in Gujarat. Attacks on Bihari and UP workers started after a native of Bihar was arrested for raping a 14-month-old girl as reported by India Today.
The was shared on Twitter by @SirRavish1, a Twitter handle in the name of Ravish Kumar.
The text in the tweet can be roughly translated to "It is worrisome that people from UP/Bihar are leaving Gujarat due to the continuos attack on them. India's unity is in danger. Modi, why is the situation like this in your Gujarat. You make tall claims, can't even handle a Gujarat and want to govern the country. "

We did the reverse image search of the key frame of the video (which is at the top of this page), and found a YouTube video posted on September 23, 2018 captioned, “Krishnanagar Bongaon Local Train- Ranaghat Station”.We also found that people were speaking Bengali in the video.
We also found the same video on Facebook with similar caption "Ranaghat station Today 8.30am....krishnanagar Bongaon local". Abhinandan Bhattacharjee has shared the video and has given the credit to Sumanta Kumar Nath.
The video is from Ranaghat station, West Bengal. People on the platform are waiting to catch Krishnanagar Bongaon Local Train on September 23, 2018. There was a huge crowd of students at the station because of an examination for the post of constable that day.
