A video of a woman delivering a speech on Jammu and Kashmir’s special status is going viral on social media. In the video, we can see a woman talking on Kashmir. While sharing this video on social media, people are claiming that this woman is the granddaughter of Maharaja Hari Singh, who was the last ruler of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
A tweeter user name Zaheer Sumra tweeted a post with a caption, "#Khalistan Brilliantly explained. Very interesting perspective from the horse's mouth! Granddaughter of Maharaja Hari Singh, last Dogra Sikh ruler of Jammu and Kashmir"
The same video is also getting viral on Facebook a page name Hailey Tv the title of which reads, "Granddaughter of Maharaja Hari Singh, the last Dogra ruler of Jammu and Kashmir"
We did a reverse image search of keyframes using the invid tool, which resulted in a video on the website of Sevenvp.net. The video was uploaded on 11 July 2018 and captioned as "Kashmir issue: Professor Hamida Naeem delivering a speech at Aligarh Muslim University".

In this video, at around 18 minutes, AMUSU members can be seen, and AMUSU President Maskoor Ahmed Usmani had also shared posts and photos related to the incident on his Facebook page
We also found this video on AMUSU's channel on Youtube, and the woman seen in the video is not the granddaughter of Maharaja Hari Singh. The woman seen in the video is Professor Hameeda Naeem of Kashmir University. She gave a speech on the Kashmir issue at a conference organized by the Aligarh Muslim University Students Union. This video was uploaded to YouTube on 23 June 2018.
She is also the wife of a Hurriyat leader Naeem Khan.

Maharaja Hari Singh's grandson and Indian National Congress leader Vikramaditya Singh tweeted to deny the claims being made on social media. His tweet reads, "Grand daughter of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji of Jammu & Kashmir is my sister, Dr. Jyotsna Singh. This is NOT her. Kindly ignore this fake/ malicious video.”
Conclusion: the woman in the video is not Dr. Jyotsna, granddaughter of Maharaja Hari Singh, but of the wife of the Hurriyat leader, who is a professor at the University of Kashmir.
