Should India conduct a simultaneous election for Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies ?

There's a lot of debate going on about conducting simultaneous elections of Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha. The first ever election that held in our country in 1951-52 after which this trend had continued in three subsequent General Elections held in 1957, 1962 and 1967. But in 1968 and 1969, the cycle got disrupted due to the premature dissolution of some Legislative Assemblies. As a result of premature dissolution and extension of the terms of Lok Sabha and state assemblies, the cycle of simultaneous elections got disturbed.
Let's see both the arguments. Left will be against and right will be in favor.
